Mike Rhodes joined WOLTCOM in 1999 and serves as both Contract Administrator and Quality Assurance Manager. Previously, Mike joined Checkrite Inc. in 1994 and managed sales operations in Indiana and Ohio. Before Checkrite, Mike served with GTE from 1963 until his retirement in 1993. He started with Automatic Electric (now GTE) as a Central Office Equipment Installer. During his long tenure, he held a wide variety of management and administrative positions in the Midwest and Texas. Mike served on the Iowa Governor’s State Telephone E911 Commission and represented GTE on the National Communications System’s NTMS for the Midwest. He is a member of Telephone Pioneers.

Dave is responsible for new business development, contract fulfillment, customer satisfaction, financial oversight and employee management. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2010, Dave held various Outside Plant and Central Office non-management and management technical roles in his 32 years with GTE and Verizon. Dave brings to Woltcom extensive training and experience in the area of broadband technology.
Jack serves as Region Manager for accounts in the North Region. He is responsible for new business development, contract fulfillment, work quality, customer satisfaction, job profitability, and employee management. Prior to joining WOLTCOM in 2005 he served for 4 years in the US Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician, 4 years as a Telephone Equipment Installer for Jackson Communications, 30 years in Installation & Maintenance as a Technician, Supervisor, Local Manager, Area Manager at GTE/Verizon and 1 year as a Telephone Equipment Installation Instructor at Century Staffing. His expertise is with all ATL/BTL delivery of wireline and wireless telecommunications from planning to construction to maintenance of all equipment, products, and services.

Before joining WOLTCOM in 2012, Bruce had a 32 year career with Verizon/GTE as a Switch Technician and handling Switching Technical Support for the Northwest.
